Exchanges
The quickest way to get a different item is to return the original one. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you want.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. The item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please include the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that items with special features or those purchased during promotional (Holidays) events may take longer to process. During checkout, you'll be presented with shipping options for U.S. shipping or in-store pickup. The same options apply for shipments to Europe and Asia. Once your order is processed, you'll receive a confirmation email with important details like your order number, carrier information, and tracking number.
Shipping and delivery prices are carefully calculated based on factors like product type, size, weight, material, insurance value, carrier choice, transportation method (air, land, or sea), delivery time, and destination. Once the total payment is made, both the buyer and seller will receive an email with the carrier's name and tracking number within 1 business day. Large items are typically picked up within 15 business days after the tracking number is issued, with delivery occurring within 3-6 weeks. Deliveries outside standard shipping routes may take up to 8 weeks. Please note that furniture cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

If you prefer to arrange your own shipping, please provide us with your shipping company's details, packaging instructions, preferred pick-up date and time, and any other relevant information. We’ll facilitate the release of your product and provide a condition report. Please note that any damage or loss during transit will be the responsibility of your chosen shipping company. You can pick up your order in person by coordinating with us and providing your preferred pick-up date and time. Please inspect your product upon collection.
For USPS, UPS, or FedEx Ground shipments, we carefully protect products with shrink film, bubble wrap, and packing peanuts. The item is then placed in a sturdy cardboard box labeled "Fragile" and marked for upright positioning. Helpful Tips
