This Pair is a lovely; Hand painted Rooster sculpture. The bright Blue, green, and red hues enhance the craftsmanship and artistic work. The Primavera company made them in France and stamped them underneath each piece. Primavera was created in 1912 by René Guilleré, founder of the Society of Decorative Artists, and Pierre Laguionie, the manager of Le Printemps, the Parisian department store, as the store's design firm. Its name, meaning "Spring" in Latin, was a play on the store's owner, which means the same in French, and its stated mission was to make modern decorative objects—objects of beauty—more accessible to a growing middle class. Before its creation, no large-scale department store in Paris had bothered creating its lines.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Exchanges
The quickest way to get a different item is to return the original one. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you want.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. The item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please include the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. SHIPPING POLICY
After you place an order, products are typically processed and packed within 1 to 5 days, depending on the item. Please note that items with special features or those purchased during promotional (Holidays) events may take longer to process. During checkout, you'll be presented with shipping options for U.S. shipping or in-store pickup. The same options apply for shipments to Europe and Asia. Once your order is processed, you'll receive a confirmation email with important details like your order number, carrier information, and tracking number.
Shipping and delivery prices are carefully calculated based on factors like product type, size, weight, material, insurance value, carrier choice, transportation method (air, land, or sea), delivery time, and destination. We aim to use cost-effective shipping methods, such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, whenever possible. U.S. Shipping
Our shipping logistics vary depending on the product, customer preferences, and costs. We use trusted carriers like USPS, UPS Ground, and White Glove Freight Shippers for domestic deliveries.
For larger items and furniture, we use specialized shipping partners to ensure safe delivery. Before shipping, we will agree on the associated costs with you. Once the total payment is made, both the buyer and seller will receive an email with the carrier's name and tracking number within 1 business day. Large items are typically picked up within 15 business days after the tracking number is issued, with delivery occurring within 3-6 weeks. Deliveries outside standard shipping routes may take up to 8 weeks. Please note that furniture cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

If you prefer to arrange your own shipping, please provide us with your shipping company's details, packaging instructions, preferred pick-up date and time, and any other relevant information. We’ll facilitate the release of your product and provide a condition report. Please note that any damage or loss during transit will be the responsibility of your chosen shipping company. You can pick up your order in person by coordinating with us and providing your preferred pick-up date and time. Please inspect your product upon collection.
For USPS, UPS, or FedEx Ground shipments, we carefully protect products with shrink film, bubble wrap, and packing peanuts. The item is then placed in a sturdy cardboard box labeled "Fragile" and marked for upright positioning. Helpful Tips
