Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Ensure the item is well-packaged before sending it back. Items returned without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Exchanges
The quickest way to get a different item is to return the original one. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you want.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. The item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
