Return Eligibility

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Exchanges
The quickest way to get a different item is to return the original one. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you want.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
